I love myself some Indian food, for me it’s really one of the best cuisines with all them lovely spices and different flavors. I just order stuff from the menu that and I never really know what’s in it but it turns out to be a win every single time. And of course I’ll always have a Mango Lassi that just magically goes well with all of those dishes but really you can enjoy a Lassi just as your breakfast smoothie or as a “snack” in between.
I’m not sure if i’m even allowed to call this a recipe because it’s literally that easy, 5 ingredients only. Place everything in a mixer or in your Nutribullet, mix well and you’re good to go. No further instructions, easy right?
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 cup of plain greek yogurt
- 1 tsp of honey or agave syrup
- 1 dash of coconut milk
- ice cubes, optional
