This is one of my go-to smoothies and super easy to preprare, I also have most of the ingredients at home most of the times. Feel free to make adjustments!
- 1 banana
- handful of frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 150ml almond milk
- 1 tsp oats
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 2 dates, pitted
Mix everything together with a mixer, I use my Nutribullet and mix it for about half a minute.
