This dish is super simple and delicious! Buckwheat ramen noodles tossed in golden caramelized garlic butter, peas, soy sauce and if you want basically every veggie that you have on hand. I even threw some spare broccoli in there because why not! Not only are the noodles delicious, they’re also made quick and easily using just 5 ingredients.

- 2 blocks of buckwheat ramen noodles
- 50g. salted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 100g. frozen peas
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
How to make the Ramen Noodles
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles and peas according to package directions. Drain.
2. Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and garlic. Cook until the garlic is golden, about 3 minutes. Stir in the peas, ramen noodles and soy sauce. Gently toss to combine. Enjoy!
